"Moving is never an easy thing to do - especially when you are making a long distance move under a very tight deadline! Suzie not only helped facilitate our move, but also used her time to go above and beyond the call of duty when it came to helping us access potential homes in the wee hours of the night! Suzie consistently maintained a very high level of professionalism and an easy going nature to match our needs with the homes in the Okanagan. We have now found a beautiful home in Peachland (within our budget!!) thanks to her quick work in recognizing that a new listing, that had come across her desk, would be perfect for us".
Thank you, Suzie!!

"Our relationship with Suzie is one that has developed over five years. I met Suzie at an open house we were interested in, but the house had sold the next day. Suzie found our home, just down the street, where we happily stayed for five years. My mother-in-law also moved just down our street with Suzie's help.
Our last move this June, to combine our and Mom's house together is our last event. I must say that during our year long search Suzie was absolutely fantastic. Her patience in our needs, of winch there were many difficult challenges, were met beyond what one would expect. I think she manages to find the balance of the win-win for us as sellers and as buyers (six different transactions!). I would and have recommended Suzie to friends and family with confidence that their experience will be as ours was. Good luck with home hunting, you are in good hands."

About Me

I have lived in Kelowna for over 20 years, and began pursuing a career in real estate shortly after moving here.  I fell in love with the Okanagan Valley and it's beautiful views, diverse topography, natural settings and of course, the sparkling lakes that all make pristine back drops for our neighborhoods.  Housing selection is also diverse , ranging from affordable family areas like Rutland and Glenrosa, to luxury golf course abodes, waterfront mansions, historical character homes with tree lined streets, high rise condos and low rise town homes to vineyard inspired wine country homes and west coast cedar architecture with stunning lake views - there truly is something for everyone. My passion is helping clients find the best match and ease some of the biggest transitions most of face in our lifetime - marriage, new babies, divorce, death and job loss/gain can have a tremendous effect on the best backdrop for your lifestyle, and working through these changes to simplify daily living can be tremendously rewarding. I sometimes refer to my job as a 'house counsellor' and I like to encourage people to ask themselves some big questions when they are in the midst of such a big decision and potential commitment.
The answers can be buying the right house and selling the wrong one, but they can also be renting out your current one until market conditions improve, refinancing, or even renovating to tweak your current dwelling into a new vision of perfection. I find it an honor to be called upon in any of these scenarios, as a consultant and trusted ally.
For me the big picture is simple : live where you love, love where you live. Helping you get there makes my work a joy.

I have recently teamed up with an admired competitor : Travis Janes of Royal Lepage. He shares many of the same values and goals for customer service, and at the same time brings a varied skill set of his own.

Having two agents  on call makes it easier for both of us to feel great about the level of service we can offer, while still staying balanced and having time for our personal and family life. See more about our partnership as it evolves at www.vipalliance.ca.
